My Favorite Margarita

We "dine" at Chipotle and awful lot. It is cheap, fast and very kid-friendly. Plus, I think that the Chipotle at 32nd and Lowell has the best margaritas. They are on the tart side and you can actually taste the tequila. I've had margs at other Chipotle locations and they aren't as good. They are usually a bit weaker. The other good news is that the Chipotle on 32nd and Lowell still has their happy hour special going on. On Friday nights--there are 2-for-1 margaritas and free chips and salsa!

On Saturday, we ended up at Qdoba for dinner with some friends. I have to say that their margaritas aren't nearly as good. The mix was super sweet and I could hardly taste the tequila!

Pasquini's Lunch Special

My husband and I ate lunch at the new Pasquini's location at 32nd and Zuni yesterday. They have great lunch specials. You can get 2 slices and a soda for $4.99 or 1 slice, a salad and a soda for $5.99. They let you choose up to 3 toppings for your slice. I had pesto, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers. It was a great lunch for about what you'd pay for a sandwich at Quiznos (actually, probably less!). We didn't have our kids with us but I did notice that they had a changing table in the bathroom.
